Included Service Level (Bronze SLA)
This service includes a Bronze SLA via the upstream carrier, providing:
- Best effort service availability (SAG)
- 12-hour fault response target (eSLA, 24/7)
- 24/7 carrier-level support and monitoring
SLA targets are provided by the upstream carrier and are subject to network conditions and infrastructure availability.

- Carrier fault logging, escalation, and management
- Ongoing service coordination and status updates
- Service monitoring and performance oversight (best effort)
- No call-out fees for standard remote support
Service Overview
- Contract Term: 36 months
- Billing: Monthly in advance
- Installation: Subject to fibre availability and build assessment
Fibre Build Contribution
Includes up to $5,000 (ex GST) fibre construction contribution via the upstream carrier.
- If build cost exceeds this amount → you can choose to proceed or cancel
- If within allowance → service proceeds under standard contract terms
Exclusions
- Internal network management (routers, firewalls, WiFi)
- Onsite project works (cabling, infrastructure upgrades)
- Major network or system changes
A fully managed internal IT environment can be provided under a separate managed services agreement.
